Just so you know. I don't know.
But I hate these lopsided battles.
Just joined two pointless games where my team was doing nothing because the enemy just leaves at the start of the match.
Wich is where my idea comes in. If the match becomes unbalanced several random players on the more populated team receive some kind of pop-up.
The pop up is from the enemy corporation offering them a better paycheck to change teams.(increased isk payout,or a sp multiplier to sp earned in that match).
Heck it might even entice a fireteam to change sides for bugger paychecks.
And Scotty still needs to learn how to balance teams so we have even squads.
